CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) can be used to create professional-quality photo albums. Here is an excellent example of a CSS Photo Album that does not use tables to dictate layout. Thumbnails are used to generate a roll-over effect to view a larger image. The result is a stunning and elegant display.
