OpTic NoISe is a music licensing agency specializing in pop/punk and techno music. The owner of OpTic NoISe wanted a site that contained bright colors, a friendly interface and presented a lot of information on the Home page. The target audience - music supervisors - are most likely surfing with a Mac and would not want to dig too deeply into the site to get the information they needed. The site must also contain a method of streaming selected music tracks from a list of artists.

Includes an Art Gallery, Search feature, integration with Paypal, Login username/password, a 'Featured' Listing function to display ads on the Home Page plus Administration tools for managing the database.
